The original Tho logo concept was created in 2021 before the company officially adopted the name “Tho Enterprises”.

Theodore Holcroft is the founder and CEO of Tho Enterprises. Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Theodore currently attends Burnside High School while independently leading the development of Tho Enterprises and its growing ecosystem of software, entertainment systems, digital platforms, and physical products.
With a strong passion for technology, futuristic design, and immersive user experiences, Theodore has spent years developing projects that combine creativity, software, branding, and innovation into a unified company vision.
